We had an excellent experience with the MYT team who installed 800W of solar and 618Ah of lithium batteries with a fully integrated Victron MultiPlus 3000 (along with a number of other accessories) in our ORV 250 RDS-T. We got to know Ely, Tom and Jake during their time here and they are all great people. The quality of their workmanship is exceptional. And the knowledge of their craft is outstanding. We really felt comfortable in their hands.

We did source proposals from other well-qualified solar installation companies but glad we were able to work with MYT.  We would definitely work with them again.  100% satisfied on all counts. 100%.

Enlisted Tom & Ely to design and install a solar electric system to our 2020 ORV Glacier Peak F26RKS and could not have been more pleased with the entire process.  They installed 1200 watts of roof solar fueling 618 watts of SOK Lithium batteries.  All premium Victron components, heavy-duty wiring, soft-start for AC and a GXTouch 50 control screen. There are not enough "stars" to properly rate their services.  Tom, Jake and Ely performed an extensive install of 800W of solar, 400aH of lithium batteries, an inverter charger, solar charge controller, Cerbo GX and Touch 50, dc-dc charger, 50A hard wired EMS, and an AC soft start. Their work is of the highest quality. All was done on schedule in less than 4 days, and under budget.  They are also great teachers and very patient even when being quizzed (pestered?!) by the client! They delivered a perfect system with perfect customer care! All of these 5 star reviews, I’m not sure why I had so many issues, but here’s the short of my experience.

I had these guys out. Complete fail. Did part of the job and said they’d schedule a follow up to finish. 2 months later I get an invoice for the partial repair. I pay and ask when they will finish. 2 months later, they finally respond and tell me they don’t do repairs anymore. They only do solar now. Interesting, solar was on my list I gave them…. I won’t use them for anything after this experience.
Now, the partial repair they did, they did well and Tom was very friendly, but to tell me he’d follow up when they were less busy and come finish the repair and look at other items on my list, and then after 4 months tell me to basically “get lost”, is just unprofessional.

We had a great experience with Meet You There RV Repair. From the initial phone call through the completed service, they exceeded expectations!

We traveled from the east coast to west in the heat of the summer looking for an AC replacement for our Airstream with no success. Everybody we contacted was either too far out on their scheduling or limited in what they were willing to do for our business.

From the initial call with Ely, we were impressed and received the feeling of concern and desire to help us out. A follow-up call with Tom, confirmed we needed a replacement AC. Tom ordered a unit and they scheduled an install date.

The install had a couple of unique characteristics as Airstream modifies the factory unit on their trailers but Tom and Jake worked it out utilizing their knowledge & expertise and completed the install in a timely manner.

Can't say enough about what a pleasure it was to work with a company that cared about their customers and had the expertise to handle everything! A great experience and we would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to others.

Tom came out to our RV promptly and as scheduled and fixed our heater quickly and with an price that was more than fair. Where is the six star option! Not only is Tom and his team very knowledgeable, but more importantly they are incredibly helpful and honest.  My wife and I purchased a new camp trailer and we were looking to get solar installed to be totally off the grid.  I cannot speak more highly of Meet you RV and the work Tom and Jake did.  Absolutely fantastic from start to finish.  The communication and customer service is top notch.  Tom kept me informed from start to finish on the work progress and upon completion took the time to explain how the system works and how to navigate the phone apps.  There is nothing quite like the knowledge and help of an expert!  Thank you Tom, Jake and Ely for the positive experience!  I highly recommend Meet You RV and Repair for any solar and/or RV repair. I only have wonderful things to share about this company and the services they provide. The true test of a company is how they treat potential customers and our experience pre-sale was simply outstanding! We purchased an RV from out-of-state at a dealership. We decided to utilize Meet You There’s pre-delivery inspection and are very glad we did. The inspection was extremely thorough and the report was clear, informative and full of pictures. The best peace of mind we could ask for and I can only imagine how  thorough their solar and repair work is—you get what you pay for and more!
